I received my parcel from my Hot Sock Swap pal Monica. And she sent me a wonderful parcel with these beautiful yarns. The coffee is really nice. The chocolates were very nice too it was all eaten in one day.

The Mountain Colors yarns we can't get here in Australia and what a pity it is . It is the most gorgeous sock yarn I have had so far, it feels beautiful and soft and the colours are amazing, the pictures do not do it justice.

I said to my husband that I don't know if I want to knit something from it or just admire it and pat it, it's so beautiful.

Thank you Monica for sending me such a wonderful parcel. And thanks to Laura for organising a great swap.

Here are some more picutures.

The colours in the Opal are beautiful also. Monica picked my favourite colours in both yarns I don't know how she knew.

Helen, I have used Mountain Colors once, and it is my absolute favourite sock yarn ever. I have another hank in the stash, that I'm still contemplating what to do with. It does need to be handwashed though, the first pait I knit felted a little!

So glad you like it all. This was such a fun swap. And I know what you mean abou the Bearfoot yarn, it is lovely to just touch, but you will love wearing it as socks too. Can't wait to see what you knit it into.
